The gohan of konjac are a few grains similar to those of rice produced from the plant of Konjac, a native of Asia. The root is reduced to flour used to make pasta, shirataki. They have a neutral taste and are very easy to prepare. Very saciantes, replace the starches ( pasta, cereal, rice, potatoes ) to get a diet that is low in calories. Directions: strain the liquid from the shirataki, rinse and boil for 2 minutes.
